The service
Panigma is a free daily guessing game, available on the web and on mobile, with or without an account. Using Panigma means accepting these terms; nothing else is asked of you. How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Account and nickname
- An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Your nickname is visible to everyone on the leaderboards. It must not be insulting, hateful, sexual, or impersonate someone else. The publisher may remove from the leaderboards, or delete, an account whose nickname breaks these rules.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile.
Fair play
Leaderboards only mean something if everyone plays fair. Scripts, bots, automated access to the API or any trick meant to distort a score are forbidden. A game judged implausible may be kept off the leaderboards without notice; it remains playable and visible to you.
Content and intellectual property
- Puzzles are built from Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons and Wikidata. That content remains under its own licences, listed in the app's Credits screen; each image's author and licence are shown beneath it.
- The Panigma name, interface and app code belong to the publisher.
Availability and liability
Panigma is provided free of charge, as is, with no guarantee of availability or of the accuracy of content drawn from Wikimedia. The publisher may change, suspend or stop all or part of the service, including for maintenance, and cannot be held liable for an interruption, a lost score or ranking, or third-party content.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top shows the latest update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be settled amicably through hello@panigma.fr; failing that, French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
